Titan Outdoor recruits four in business drive

LONDON - Titan Outdoor has made four key hires in a bid to “drive business and strengthen agency relationships”.
Two of the new recruits come from JCDecaux and the third from Clear Channel, adding assurance to Titan’s claim that it is fighting fit following a troublesome year after it was formed from the ashes of Maiden Outdoor.
Madalyn Roker joins in the newly created role of business delivery director, reporting directly to managing director Andy Moug.Following 16 years at JCDecaux, Roker’s new remit will include managing coordination across the firm and providing the interface between campaign management and IT. Graeme Hughes, who also comes from JCDecaux where he was most recently head of sales for northern England, has become commercial director of roadside. In his new role, Hughes will spearhead Titan’s roadside portfolio, managing the existing estate and product development, as well as overseeing the growth and profitability strategy.Nicola Campbell joins as group head of sales, another new position. She will report to Matt Batchelor, who is now head of agency sales following the reorganisation of Titan’s sales division. Campbell comes from Clear Channel, where she managed client and agency relationships.Finally, Kirsty Ware will join this month as account manager, overseeing Titan’s new contract with the O2 arena – formerly the Millennium Dome. She will report to Stephen Dunn, group sales director, driving sales and strategy.
